Accommodations

• Can I use the Internet?

  There is free Wi-Fi for guests available in the hotel.

• Can I smoke in my room?

  Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the first floor.

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

• Are there vending machines available?

  There are no vending machines in the hotel.

• Is there parking available?

  Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is also available for guests who use the dining room only.

• Is there a staff on site?

  If you need us at night, please use the direct call center phone at the front desk.

• What is your payment method?

  Payment is cashless and cash is not accepted.
  Please use credit card or QR code payment.

• How do I make a reservation and how do I pay?

Sauna usage and reservations

• What are the hours of use and fees?

• Are towels, shampoo, etc. provided?

  Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, bath towels, face towels, and bathrobes are available.
  We provide cleansing products, face wash, lotion, milky lotion, hair ties, cotton swabs, cotton and mineral water (500ml) as amenities.

• How do I make a reservation and how do I pay?

  Please use the reservation form to make a reservation. Payment is cashless and cash is not accepted.
  Please use credit card or QR code payment.

• Can I cancel my reservation?

  You can cancel for free up to 3 hours in advance.
  However, if you cancel after 3 hours, you will be charged 100% of the usage fee.
  Please note that cancellations are not allowed after 25 days from the reservation date.

• Can I change or extend the hours of use?

  You can change your reservation time if there are no other customers reserved. Extension of time is not permitted.

• Can I use it with my family and friends?

  Up to 2 persons per room.

• Is there an age limit?

  In the case of single person use, the person must be 18 years of age or older.
  However, children of elementary school age and older may use the room only when accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same gender.

• What are your business hours?

• Can non-guests use the sauna?
